I provide a walk through of the home, inside and out helping you determine how to accentuate the positives and diminish any buyer perceived negatives. My Staging services start with an initial consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, areas of concern and what steps we can take to meet your needs. I’ll take photos, measurements and determine the best way to enhance each space. Your home is Staged using existing and/or rented furniture/accessories.
My assessment of the home it always free of charge. Once I view the home you will receive a proposal with all pricing up front. I carry an extensive inventory of accessories and furniture only using items that are up to date and relevant in today’s market. This allows me to control the quality of the furnishings as well as cost. Staging is usually completed in 1-2 days depending on the size of the home. Once the Staging is complete your home is listed on the StagedHomes.com website. This allows the home to be marketed to those looking to relocate. You’ll get maximum exposure with the StagedHomes.com website receiving over 10 million hits a month.
My Re-Design Services start with a consultation. I’ll help you determine your design style and we’ll discuss your needs. We can focus on one room or the entire home. We can do this with very little budget by re-purposing and re-positioning your existing furnishings or if you’d like, we can set a budget and new furnishings can be purchased. I can shop with you or do the shopping for you. This service is offered at an hourly rate. The result: A room that is functional and beautiful.
